What to watch on Netflix: November

Here are films and shows coming to Netflix in November, as well as a few things you might want to check out before they leave.

Be sure to check IMDB’s “Parents Guide” for the film if you need to screen its content; family-friendly films are marked as such.

Coming: Charlotte’s Web, G (Family-friendly) – Based on the children’s literary classic, a friendly spider makes a plan to save her pig friend from the butcher’s block.

Brian Regan: Nunchucks and Flamethrowers – One of the few comedians who keeps it clean is releasing a special on Netflix and premiers on Nov. 21.

Field of Dreams, PG (Family-friendly) – An Iowa farmer builds a baseball field on his farm after hearing a voice say, “If you build it, he will come.”

Men in Black, PG-13 – A fun adventure movie about two men who regulate all things alien on earth.

Broadchurch, Season 3 – One of Britain’s best drama series is back in its third season. Although for more mature audiences due to heavy thematic elements, fans of good drama or British TV may want to catch up on the first two seasons before the third season release.

The Punisher, Season 1 – Fans of Netflix’s Daredevil will want to catch the spin-off series on Season 2’s main villain, The Punisher. If it’s anything like Daredevil, it may be very violent but deal with interesting moral questions.

42, PG-13 – A biopic film about Jackie Robinson, the first baseball player of color to be signed to the major leagues.

Leaving: Hugo, PG (Family-friendly) – A lonely orphaned boy who lives inside a railway station attempts to fix a broken automaton left to him by his late father with the help of a friend and find a place he can call home.
